Return and Refund Policy
Our customers have the right to return the product and claim refund. If at any time, you are not satisfied with the product or services, you can claim for refund based on our refund policy as follows. However, refund will be capped to the amount charged by us, less any Taxes, except in those states and countries where taxes are refundable. The return is valid only with-in 15 days of receipt of the product. You must return the product in original packaging along with all product manuals and documentations and must be 100% complete in all respects. However downloaded software are non-refundable and non-returnable.
In case of installation and third party technical support, customer may opt for refund of part or full money within 3 months of the payment date. We are committed to refund only those transactions where we have received email request on email@example.com.
1. For Subscription / Incident based Plans:
If, during the tenure of the plan our technicians were able to resolve a few issues, Techno Bridge will deduct the higher of:
a. Cost of incidents resolved (Techno Bridge will assume every incident as an incident based plan charged at $99 each for Windows devices & $199 each for Mac devices)
b. Pro-Data cost of the time passed since commencement of the plan. If the customer is not satisfied with the services and Techno Bridge is not been able to resolve even 1 issue since the subscription activation day, a full refund will be provided.
c. In an event where the customer wants to end the contract without any specific reason, an amount of $70 plus number of incidents (Techno Bridge will assume every incident as an incident based plan charged at $99 each for Windows devices & $199 each for Mac devices) for support per device will be charged and will refund the balance amount.
2. For Software’s:
Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products once delivered and activation / license key has been activated. All licensing sales are final.
However, Techno Bridge may time to time make an exception in refunding amount of the software excluding the software installation and the registration charges of $70 for each software.
No refunds will be made beyond 30 days from the purchase date of the service.
You are free to cancel your subscription anytime during the period you’ve opted. In case you need a refund for the subscription plan or the software, you need to apply by writing an stating your name, details of the plan purchased, the amount paid and lastly, the reason for seeking the refund. We will revert back to you within 3 business days on details of the refund.
